Yes! We require prescriptions for any product that requires a prescription in the USA. Just like visiting your local pharmacy we require a valid prescription for your medications regardless of where your order is being fulfilled. For your valid prescription to be accepted it must be from a physician licensed to practice in your area of residence.
Yes, you may purchase only a maximum of a 3 month supply of each of your medications. Provided that you have a valid prescription for that supply of medication. If your physician writes a prescription for more than a 3 month supply then we can fill those refills as they come due.
Our policy is to not sell any narcotics, controlled substances or habit forming medications.
In most cases yes. Some of our pharmacy partners are unable to accept verbal prescriptions as regulations in their country require a paper prescription. If this is the case with your order, we will notify you.
No. As we are located in Canada, American pharmacies will not transfer prescriptions to us. In these cases it may be easier to get a new prescription from your doctor. You can provide this to us or requires our pharmacy to reach out to your doctor and request a new prescription for you.
The prescription must have the doctor's name and information, as well as the drug name, strength, quantity and directions for usage. Your doctor's signature must also be visible on the prescription.
Your prescription is valid for one year from the date it is written.

We can also have our pharmacy reach out to your doctor by fax and request a prescription for you. Please ensure we have your doctor?s name and contact information on file.
Please note: if you send us your prescription by fax or email we also require the paper copy to be mailed to us as well. Please include your order number or account number on the prescription.
Our goal is to process any document sent to us within 24 hours. Prescriptions may take up to 48 hours to process because they need to be reviewed and transcribed by our pharmacy. As soon as any document is processed an email will be sent to the patient (assuming there is an email address on file) advising them we have successfully processed their document.
