Yes! We require prescriptions for any product that requires a prescription in the USA. Just like visiting your local pharmacy we require a valid prescription for your medications regardless of where your order is being fulfilled. For your valid prescription to be accepted it must be from a physician licensed to practice in your area of residence.
Yes, you may purchase only a maximum of a 3 month supply of each of your medications. Provided that you have a valid prescription for that supply of medication. If your physician writes a prescription for more than a 3 month supply then we can fill those refills as they come due.
Our policy is to not sell any narcotics, controlled substances or habit forming medications.
Yes, our pharmacy partners accept verbal prescriptions.
No. As we are located in Canada, American pharmacies will not transfer prescriptions to us. In these cases it may be easier to get a new prescription from your doctor. You can provide your prescription to us or require our pharmacy to reach out to your doctor and request a new prescription for you.
The prescription must have the doctor's name and information, as well as the drug name, strength, quantity and directions for usage. Your doctor's signature must also be visible on the prescription.
Your prescription is valid for one year from the date it is written.
You can get your prescription to us by:
* Uploading it on your account online at www.mailordermeds.com
* Email: [email protected]
* Fax: 1-888-727-0653
* Mail: 45-2000 Airport Rd. NE Suite # 260 Calgary, AB T2E 6W5
* We can also have our pharmacy reach out to your doctor by fax and request a prescription for you. Please ensure we have your doctor's name and contact information on file.
* Finally, if you choose the telemedicine option when you select your medication (eligible medication only), we will receive your prescription automatically.
As soon as your prescription (or any document) is processed, an email will be sent to you (assuming your email address is on file) advising you that we have successfully processed it.
