Is a prescription required?

Yes! We require prescriptions for any product that requires a prescription in the USA. Just like visiting your local pharmacy we require a valid prescription for your medications regardless of where your order is being fulfilled. For your valid prescription to be accepted it must be from a physician licensed to practice in your area of residence.

Is there a limit on how much I can buy?

Yes, you may purchase only a maximum of a 3 month supply of each of your medications. Provided that you have a valid prescription for that supply of medication. If your physician writes a prescription for more than a 3 month supply then we can fill those refills as they come due.

Why can't I buy Valium, Tylenol #3 or similar medications from your pharmacy?

Our policy is to not sell any narcotics, controlled substances or habit forming medications.

Can you accept a verbal prescription?

In most cases yes. Some of our pharmacy partners are unable to accept verbal prescriptions as regulations in their country require a paper prescription. If this is the case with your order, we will notify you.

My local pharmacy has my prescription, can it be transferred to you?

No. As we are located in Canada, American pharmacies will not transfer prescriptions to us. In these cases it may be easier to get a new prescription from your doctor. You can provide this to us or requires our pharmacy to reach out to your doctor and request a new prescription for you.

What information must be visible on the prescription?

The prescription must have the doctor's name and information, as well as the drug name, strength, quantity and directions for usage. Your doctor's signature must also be visible on the prescription.

How long is my prescription good for?

Your prescription is valid for one year from the date it is written.

How can I get my prescription to you?

You can send your prescriptions to us by email, fax or mail.
Email: [email protected]
Fax: 1-888-727-0653
Mail: 45-2000 Airport Rd. NE Suite # 260 Calgary, AB T2E 6W5

We can also have our pharmacy reach out to your doctor by fax and request a prescription for you. Please ensure we have your doctor?s name and contact information on file.

Please note: if you send us your prescription by fax or email we also require the paper copy to be mailed to us as well. Please include your order number or account number on the prescription.

I'm sending my prescription by fax/email. How long will it take to be processed?

Our goal is to process any document sent to us within 24 hours. Prescriptions may take up to 48 hours to process because they need to be reviewed and transcribed by our pharmacy. As soon as any document is processed an email will be sent to the patient (assuming there is an email address on file) advising them we have successfully processed their document.

I don't have access to my account online. What should I do?

Give us a call. One of our patient service representatives will provide you with access to your account online. We will establish a username and give you a temporary password.
